Weekend…

I had a good weekend with my family even tough on Sunday morning I already get going to be back to Shah Alam…
Nice to be at home with all family members…
Get a chance to attend mummy BBQ that organize for Azif Fitri birthday bash… he’s one of my cousin sons… he’s share same second name with my lil sis, Fitri and they both born in month of Syawal… he’s on 1st of Syawal while my sis on 2nd of Syawal…
To be back mean I have a chance to pamper and cuddle Mocha and other 3 stooges, Mocot, Salem and Brownie…
To be put in one sentence, I’m glad I’m home… =)

Streamyx a.k.a Screamyx

I know I’m doing individual assignment in TM Berhad and TMI Berhad…
However I don’t expect to get poor service by them…
Currently I’ve suffer with this “screamyx” line…
Even my entry which I’m writing at this moment posted using my university line…
Now at the middle of many workloads piles up like Everest Mountain, the usage of internet is a MUST…
How I’m suppose to find all new and update materials from the book only…
Oh TM, please listen to your customer…

SM Class…

Today is the last class for SM class…
All the last 3 chapters were also being cover besides 1 individual presentation left plus case study on Zune, Microsoft…
Overall happy that one subject is over (but not yet the exam!!!)
Plus with little “cuppy” given by the lecturer make the happiness mode even more…
Hope that my end result for this class will be as bright-full as the colours for the cuppies that she’s given to us… hehehhehehhe…

Hectic…

Starting from 1st April, my planner is fully booked and most of it in regards with study matters…
How I wish that this April just move in split second…
Currently there are about 5 group work needs to be submitted… not included my dear, ABR…
InsyaAllah this coming Wednesday, I will be submitting my final individual assignment on Technical Analysis… hope everything will work according to the schedule besides hoping that so-called “screamyx” will eventually works…

My Earth, GBI Issues & Gurus

Earth Hour

Today, 28th of March, all over the world will be participating to lights off lamp and electrical appliances as a sign of support towards the campaign for VOTE for EARTH, 60 Earth Hour… so in supporting towards this campaign, people around the globe being asked to switching off your lights on SATURDAY, 28 MARCH 2009 for one hour from 8.30 – 9.30 pm… so just now I manage to switch off all the light in my living room… I don’t know about other people rooms since I don’t want to be so nosy to interfere other people matters… hehehhee… so as people who lived in this earth and want to protect it from global warning I’m glad I’m able to contribute and show support towards this campaign… like my YM status, “Jom Tutup Lampu!!!”

GBI Thingy

Alhamdullilah finally my GBI is finished and my lecturer is happy with it… However some modifications need to be done on development of telecommunications in Malaysia… need to represent it in more suitable graphical presentation… Overall glad that he’s happy with my work… The hardness all this while has been paid off… thank you to the Almighty…

Financial and Investment Gurus

Finally I’ve made my decision… Right from Joel Greenbaltt to Peter Lynch… However this Lynch does not related towards Merill-Lynch owners… The reason I changed my gurus since I find it quite difficult to understand Greenbaltt’s formula on “Magic Investing”… With this I’ve to decide and pick Lynch as my new financial and investment gurus… So far alhamdullilah I’ve finish on the report and now started doing the presentation slide… Glad that my gurus assignment finally come towards the end before this coming 1st April for presentation session… Hope everything’s when well, insyaAllah…

Yesterday was a long day for me and family…
Ainul Fithri ‘akikah’ thingy had done successfully alhamdullilah…
Now in front of my laptop…
Done the editing for tomorrow’s SM group task that earlier been given by Malina…
So just left a quick discussion on Case Study: Toyota’s Aygo in Europe…
About my GBI individual assessment, it’s already 60% done… another 40% still searching concrete materials besides doing personal thinking process…
While GBI group task revolve around summary on “Making Globalization Work” book and value chain for agriculture, health together with oil and gas industry…
Another 2 finance subjects left for 1 major group project on MGS, financial investment gurus “Joel Greenbalt” and “Technical Analysis” as Invest Tools…
However the most vital and need 120% concentration is my ABR… the due date to submit complete report {chapter 1 till 5} is due on 15th April and tentative date for viva is on 30th April…
Starting from now my battle is started… keep fighting with time that flies as it wish… just like the proverb, Time Wait for No Man…

Even tough I’m damn tired but I’m happy in the sense be able to spend time with my family…
It like rejuvenate me with high dose of vitamins of spirit + motivations that I couldn’t get elsewhere rather than home…
Home sweet home, where the heart is…
Glad the feast for Ainul Fithri (this boy is one of my cousin sons) ‘akikah’ successfully done…
Overall I’m happy since the mission is accomplished…
Now the times has come for me to start and endure “torture” that soon (not very soon) will give a fruitful result, insyaAllah…

Upside Down....

I guess it’s normal in your life to be in the upside down mode…
Many factors can contribute towards the situation…
But somehow, you’ll need to find away and chase the mode away…
Because the upside down mode, it can turn you in other way around besides can de-motivate you as well…
Currently I’m busy (really busy) with all the assignments that all are in the line to be submitted…
However, it kind of relief because my ABR supervisor seems to be interested with my group proposal…
Praying hard that she’ll be agreeing on the topic…
More of less left about 1 month plus before I would end my study session, insyaAllah…
Besides being a busy-bee doing all those task assigned by the fellow lecturers, I’m quite occupied in mission of job hunting…
Until now I’ve sent my job application to various institutions… hope one or possible all of it may give me a chance to be as one of their employees…
I guess till now… need to do something on works…

Some Ranting…

Yesterday was such unpleasant day for me…
Yes titled for this entry would show how I felt right now…
Quite pissed off with some people that have one or two kind of attitude of not respecting people…
Hello, we live in the same world, why could all these so-called people (I guess shouldn’t be called as one also) can't respect others…
I don’t mean (really don’t mean it!!!) to be supercilious with my present title, but please respect me as people who a bit older than you guys…
From this moment of time I think I’m totally in agreeable with the speaker of my previous SM talks on these day undergraduate students attitude…
I don’t mean all of undergraduate but to this two-three people who even dare to ask my rights of using what I’ve been pay for it…
Who are you to question me like unpaid police officer?
I guess maybe we (me and my friends) dress liked normal student (in fact sometimes people mistakenly regard as a diploma student, but nothing harm with the levels of education right? As long as you have a brain to think according to your standard) then you think you are big enough to question about our rights…
In matter of fact, you are in the first place entering my place without having thought to read the notice that being attached in fronts the door?
I’m sure you’re capable to read the simple instruction since you are university student…
Not a young little kindergarten kids…
I’m sorry for the regular visitors that come across this entry…
But I’m really pissed of with the attitudes of these people… especially in matter of respecting people around you...
I wish for heaven sake I wouldn’t have a chance to meet or contact with these kinds of people…
I just want to be respected as a normal human being regardless what my current status as a student (obviously senior than you…)
I still remember when I was in my undergraduate years… if I know people who is much senior than me I would felt kind of respect towards them since they are not just my senior but the most I admired about them that they are able to reach their levels… I kind of pay my respect towards them not to “bodek” them but it just me… respect people who is higher than you… provided they are in a well-mannered attitude…
Again, I’m sorry for those people who happen to read this ranting… yes, I’m mad with the people… I don’t mean to be proud with what I have, thanks the Almighty for your gift and blessed but I just feel to write about it…
Now I feel calm… as usual, through writing I can relief some of my negative ion which reside inside my body *wink*

P/s: Congratulations Wani on your new born baby girl, Nur Dania Batrisya... she's so kawaii... thinking when I would have a chance to meet her....

Today & Yesterday…

Yesterday Stories…

People always said that start the day with something good and end it with something better…
But yesterday, my day was turn otherwise...
Yes I started the day with something good… with all the things settle accordingly, I can smile through the day…
In fact one of my group mate mentions that my face is glowing…
I guess of course it glows since all matters that need to be finished have been settled without any difficulties… alhamdullilah…
However, towards the end of the day, something has happen and forces me to let the negative ion stimulate around my body…
And yes the negative ion stay with me until I decide to sleep early though I have lots of work to finish…
I wish and pray that tomorrow will give me a better day, insyaAllah…

Today Stories…

Pre-Event Update

Wake up a little bit early although I don’t have any lecture today…
Need to iron my clothes for this evening event…
It’s just a small seminar but it turnout to be something big since we managed to get sponsor plus the speaker is someone that have good reputation…
So as a so-called ‘protocol’ unit, we (read: me and my friends) need to setup and arrange all the plan accordingly…
So far all the task have been completed and now waiting the beginning of the event…
Hope everything when according to the tentative plan, insyaAllah…

Post-Event Update

Just coming back from faculty after had a long evening…
Alhamdullilah the talk when smooth as being planned earlier except for those audiences that don’t appreciate what the organizers had arranged for them…
What a ***** audiences that my class getting into…
However glad that my advisor and the speaker somehow say something good about the events… all of us (the team) did a good job… such a nice combination… hehehhehe such like “tekan lift, naik sendiri!!!”
After the talk, we had refreshment among the committees together with the speaker and our advisor…
So as usual, photo session couldn’t just to get rid with…
Everyone loves to have their pictures being snap by the respective assigned photographer…
The photos aren’t available yet…. Hope to get it soon… would like to share it here since it’s first time our class come together and dress according to the theme of the event, corporate look… I know it’s hard to digest but who said that we can’t act as *** student… hehehehe
Overall really happy that the event is sailed smoothly…
That all for now… I’m badly needed to have a good sleep… =)

Rooftop Rant, It's Just A Story....

Rooftop Rant...
The title itself reflects the unique story that being presented and deliberates in such a way...
Once again the author, Hlovate had successfully made me to read the story towards end…
I didn’t finish the book with empty hand, but I get more than it should be…
I’m writing this entry not to please the author or whatever other people might say like you sound like a JS spokespersons… but who cares…. I like the books from the publisher…
Intentionally, I just would like to share my point of view relating to the stories…
This novel did inject some new spirit in me… some kind like rejuvenating my heart… not just with a normal motivation lines but more than that…
Read the novel to find some solace after tiring reading all those journals and others academic materials…
Nevertheless while reading through the story, it makes me to reflect myself and where I’m headed too… such like I’m having my own session on “Food for Thought”
I agree that statement that “To Live Well or To Live Hell, You Choose…”
It just so true that we are the one decide whether to carried on with life according to the flow or make some paradigm shift following rules that being draft by the Almighty…
Relate it back to the Rooftop Rant…
The meeting between Jade and Trisy at the Wisma Topaz rooftop isn’t a normal meeting…
It moves beyond that… it more or less like completing in each other life… be together through tick and thin… regardless their socio-class different… despite the different in view and etc but managed to understand well each other…
Yeah it between boy and girl but it just not a normal ‘mussy’ love story… it’s far beyond that…
If Trisy say that Jade has ability to draw about what his felt but the author itself managed to write such nice and full of morale story… it just not a novel but for me it serve other purposes too…
If you guys don’t believe, I guess you should give a try to read the story…
Thanks Hlovate for the story… hope all of us can change for good… yeah it’s kind of hard to change for goods but no harm to do that…

All my last paper for mid-term test which is due already done... quite tough (for my opinion and the allocation of marks are extremely inconsiderate)
Anyway glad it’s ok since I can now concentrate on other things and the most important is my ABR…
Still in the middle of doing it… struggling with all those VAICTM and Tobin’s Q article…
However I felt quite release since my tomorrow morning class is being postponed for the unknown reason… however need to hike up the UiTM Mountain to meet my former finance lecturer for the so-called letter and meet the GBS admin officer to collect all the certificate that being verified by my programme coordinator…

ABR ???

ABR = Anugerah Bintang Remaja or Applied Business Research???

What is the real meaning of ABR?
Last Friday, while I and my others teammate was doing this ABR thingy, there a friend of Helmy and of course become a friend of me and Malina too were with us…
Then suddenly out of nowhere he said that ABR is actually ‘Anugerah Bintang Remaja’ (translation: Teenage Star Award)
I wonder if it’s true, maybe I’ll be the one who smile (of course the sweetest and big grin) since I didn’t have to pressure my brains to come out with all the academic construct and further writing it in academic writing that eventually it will make me be able to get my certificate…
Hmm currently still in the first 3 chapters… yeah I know I too late already but what to do… so many technical flaws need to be deal before proceed to the next phase...
So now I would still choose that meaning behind ABR is Applied Business Research… I don’t want it to be ‘Anugerah Bintang Remaja’ since I want to graduate… I really insist to graduate… no jokes here…
Tomorrow will be having presentation on special topics for Strategic Management…
I choose to study on Strategic Leadership… leadership is familiar with me but not strategic leadership… so far alhamdulliah just completed doing the slides… now finding a mood to enter the derivatives world… my financial engineering test on this coming Tuesday… at first the subject name really give me a hard time to digest what is all about… I guess the name should be alter since I think engineering doesn’t suit what the subject supposed to be… this is all from my own point of view…
I know it’s time for me to start and look at the subject either SM or FIN…

P/s: By the way, alreday finish reading Hlovate newly published novel entitled Rooftop Rant… it totally different from 5 Tahun, 5 Bulan, aA+bB or even Tunas… but still I like the storyline plus all the hidden message that the author would like to convey… later will wrote details about it…
