Chronicles of My September 2012…


It already towards the ends of September…
Lot and lots of things happen…
I would like to list out some of the things that happen or took place…

1st Sept – My family host a small feast towards the late beloved ones and thanksgiving towards His blessing beside slot in an Eidfitr open house…
3rd Sept – My beloved Ayah’s b-day... we did an advanced celebration…
7th Sept – I get to know that my mentor in IED will be transferring to other division in MOE… It will be a lost as a mentor and sifu either in my service as PSD officer or even as my adviser in sort of things....
Middle of Sept – I’m being test by knowing a “crony-thingy” happen in processing my claim, which make my mode swing 360 degree…
21st Sept – I noticed there’s something wrong with my yearly increment… Maybe a kifarah from Him… To make me reflect on so many things…
26th Sept – One of my besties in office will be leaving us since she got an offer which is permanent… mixed feeling for her… Happy by getting a permanent job finally, but quite sad since we’re apart…
28th Sept – Will a last day for 2 of my besties… One will be leaving for a PSD course while another for a job offer…

Overall, there’s a list for my September…
My feelings were jumble up…
One moment I do feel I’m a happiest lady while in other moment I do feel quite sad…
This month I shall announce it quite a mentally chanllenge’s month…
I need to deal with various occasions that took place…
The most mentally challenge would be on 28th Sept since I will lose 2 besties…
Knowing them while I’m in IED is truly a blessing…

The one that will be going for PSD course is the first person whom I know during my early days in IED…
She did a good job by introducing me to all the people there…
In fact, she willingly shares a working table with me for a week…
At first I do thought that she’s from Southern region but my guessing is wrong as she’s hail from the East Coast of Malaysia…
We became close as she’s just a 2 months senior from me…
Everywhere we go or whatever we do, people would mistakenly misidentify us…
We used to be called by each other name…
Sitting together in various meetings…
A partner for various occasions…
But lately we do apart since both of us charting a different life path….
I did miss you…
Hope you will be enjoying your course and pass with flying colours…
I wish one day you’ll be a next CS in any ministries???

This one also hails from East Coast of Malaysia…
Knowing her by having a good lunch together…
This one having so many nicknames that each of it's very unique…
Up to the extend that people might thinking I was talking to different people whenever I do called her by various nicknames…
Since in my unit, I’m being surrounds by a great man, so her present during any of my meetings is truly a blessing….
She’s a God send by helping me in writing a headache meeting’s minute…
Since we become friends, I do involved some major occasions in her life…
Know her family too…
I hope you’ll excel in the new carreer…
I wish I can still work with you in a future, in sha Allah…
All the best in future undertakings…
Will be missing you…

25 Ultimate Tips for Better Life...

Happy Monday to all...
After those things happen last week, I want to start new this week...
With more positive and energetic feelings...
May He granted what I'm wishing for, in sha Allah...
Let's have a look of the tips below which I Ctrl C + Ctrl V from Doctors Hangout FB...
I do find it very useful and easily to be practice immediately... =)

25 Ultimate Tips for Better Life By Doctors Hangout

1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day & while you walk, SMILE. It is the ultimate antidepressant. (Lucky since I do love to SMILE)

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. (I need to do this regularly!)

3. When you wake up in the morning, Pray to ask God's guidance for your purpose, today. (Don't miss the Subuh prayer)

4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. (More green please!)

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, broccoli, and almonds. (Absolutely!)

6. Try to make at least three people smile each day. (Will try harder)

7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. (Will try to reduce or even eliminate it... You know girls talk...)

8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card. (Eat more Red Apple... Which good for teeth too)

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good. (Will always stick it on my mind)

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Forgive them for everything! (Undeniable)

11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does. (Maybe I do become seriously...)

12.You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree. (Always do!)

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present. (Smiley face =) )

14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about. (Hmmm....)

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you. (Trying hard to gain one true happiness)

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?' (Will think +ve only)

17. Help the needy, be generous! Be a 'Giver' not a 'Taker' (Will do more frequently!)

18. What other people think of you is none of your business. (Hmmm...)

19. Time heals everything. (Waiting for it can be a tortured too)

20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change. (Everything have silver lining behind it!)

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch. (Always do)

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need. (Yeah!!!)

23. Each night before you go to bed, pray to God and be thankful for what you'll accomplish, today! (One of ritual)

24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed. (Yeah, so true... I don't want all my nerve to become old before they need to be!)

How To Reduce Degree of Anger...

A good morning to all…
It’s sound quite funny but anyway it's morning…
So by saying good morning I do felt it could make me calm…
By the way, I’m the state of angry now…
Lots of factor contributes into it…
Currently while typing this entry I do feel an ease of feeling from the negative words of anger…
Alhamdullilah…
Might be it will be much and much better if I perform my ablution…
In sha Allah will be going to Surau after this…
While consulting with myself on how to reduce the feeling, I do ask Mr. Google in regards with ways to reduce the degree of anger…
As Mr. Google will always provide you with some insight, here I would like to share it…
It’s actually for my own reminder too…
I don’t want to look old by every single day have to deal with all the negative substance…

Cara Mengatasi Marah Dalam Islam

1. Mengubah Posisi. Rasulullah SAW bersabda:
“Apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, dan ketika itu ia dalam kedudukan berdiri, maka hendaklah ia duduk. Kerana hal itu akan menghilangkan marahnya. Dan kalau tidak, maka hendaklah ia berbaring.” (Riwayat Muslim)

2. Berwuduk. Rasulullah SAW bersabda:
“Marah itu datangnya daripada syaitan, dan syaitan itu diciptakan daripada api, sedangkan api itu hanya dipadamkan dengan air. Oleh itu apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, maka hendaklah ia berwuduk” (Hadis Riwayat Abi Daud) .

3. Minum air.

4. Mendiamkan diri ketika marah.

5. Berlindung kepada Allah daripada syaitan.

6. Meluahkan perasaan dan masalah dalam keadaan masa dan tempat sesuai.

7. Berfikiran positif.

8. Belajar menyampaikan kemarahan secara positif dan terhormat; mengelakkan daripada memekik atau bertindak garang.

9. Bawa bertenang seperti menarik nafas.

10. Senyum kerana senyuman mampu meredakan tekanan.
