How To Reduce Degree of Anger...

A good morning to all…
It’s sound quite funny but anyway it's morning…
So by saying good morning I do felt it could make me calm…
By the way, I’m the state of angry now…
Lots of factor contributes into it…
Currently while typing this entry I do feel an ease of feeling from the negative words of anger…
Alhamdullilah…
Might be it will be much and much better if I perform my ablution…
In sha Allah will be going to Surau after this…
While consulting with myself on how to reduce the feeling, I do ask Mr. Google in regards with ways to reduce the degree of anger…
As Mr. Google will always provide you with some insight, here I would like to share it…
It’s actually for my own reminder too…
I don’t want to look old by every single day have to deal with all the negative substance…

Cara Mengatasi Marah Dalam Islam

1. Mengubah Posisi. Rasulullah SAW bersabda:
“Apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, dan ketika itu ia dalam kedudukan berdiri, maka hendaklah ia duduk. Kerana hal itu akan menghilangkan marahnya. Dan kalau tidak, maka hendaklah ia berbaring.” (Riwayat Muslim)

2. Berwuduk. Rasulullah SAW bersabda:
“Marah itu datangnya daripada syaitan, dan syaitan itu diciptakan daripada api, sedangkan api itu hanya dipadamkan dengan air. Oleh itu apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, maka hendaklah ia berwuduk” (Hadis Riwayat Abi Daud) .

3. Minum air.

4. Mendiamkan diri ketika marah.

5. Berlindung kepada Allah daripada syaitan.

6. Meluahkan perasaan dan masalah dalam keadaan masa dan tempat sesuai.

7. Berfikiran positif.

8. Belajar menyampaikan kemarahan secara positif dan terhormat; mengelakkan daripada memekik atau bertindak garang.

9. Bawa bertenang seperti menarik nafas.

10. Senyum kerana senyuman mampu meredakan tekanan.
