Stories on February & March...

Langkawi (1st – 4th March)

Lots of things had happen these few months…
It involved work matters as well as my personal life…
Life as usual, always full of surprises…
The moments when you felt that you know everything but in the end of the day you seem to know nothing about it…
That is what we called as Qada and Qadar…
Life been busy with work…
And alhamdullilah I managed to get a sweet escape even it was not even a week…
I get the opportunity to revisit my study place in Langkawi…
Lots of changes by seeing the development in around Kuah, Padang Mat Sirat, Pantai Cenang or even around Mahsuri’s mausoleum…
Those times when I was still reside in the island, the Sky Cab just in their early development phase…
To witness the scenery from the top such breathtaking…
To be there just a huge give from Him, alhamdullilah…
Looking forward to visit the island again, inshaAllah…

Betrayal…

Have you ever felt that feeling?
I guess as normal human being we would eventually feel betrayal either by your friends or people around you…
However when it does happen to you and the person whom betrays you is among your close people, it just like a knife chops straight to your heart…
It does teach me a fact that you can easily trust a person even though you feel safe and comfortable with them as human used to wear a different hats…
It’s among a lesson of life…
Indeed only to Him we should turn to…

MH370

Malaysia is being in a centre of attraction of the world when Malaysin Airlines’s Boeing 777, MH370 is loss from DCA radar on 8th March 2014 at 0240…
It is quite shock news as Malaysia Airlines is among best practices air carrier…
Being a daughter to an ex-MAS employee, it such a privilege to be able to travel with Malaysian air carrier...
It was used to be my family bread & butter...
MAS and I have a unique bonding...
Countless flights always make me feel safe, alhamdullilah...
The cabin crew (pilot, co-pilot, steward/stewardess) will always try their best in making yourself feel at home...
The moment you saw a symbolic "Wau Bulan" which is MAS logo, just make you proud of being Malaysian...
It's truly MH equal to Malaysia Hospitality...
I do hope we'll finally get a closure for MH370...

Welcome 2014

A year has been passed by…
Lots of things happen…
Alhamdullilah been able to breathe the fresh air…
Looking back at 2013, I do noticed how unproductive I was when I come to blogging…
Need to be ashamed of myself as I do vow not to neglect this blog no matter what…
Blog is not merely a diary to me but it’s also a place for me to share the knowledge…
In fact a place for me to brush up my language as my working environment doesn’t provide a conducive atmosphere to maintain multi-lingual…

I do end my 2013 with my so-called annual activity…
Alhamdullilah since I managed to attend Twins of Faith 2013…
The theme was #thesunnahthebetter…
I had so much fun while attending the event…
The knowledge I gain the wisdom thought which I received from all the Sheikhs and Brothers just enlighthing…
I do envy them as part of them are reverts but they are excellent in memorizing the holy Quran and can fluently speak Arabic language as it’s was their mother tongue language…
Subhanallah, the feeling was awesome…
I’m looking forward for 2014 Twins of Faith…
Besides gaining the knowledge, being able to catch up with my TOF bestie was a good thing…
=) =) =)

In 2014, I don’t really specify my goals…
However, I’m now striving to be a better person, inshaAllah…
Please pray for my well-being…
I do sometimes falls and need to be bounce back as fast as I would in order to live a life…
Yet, I know not everything must be according to a plan…
May Allah bless us all, amin…

To Sum Up It All…

Come every December is a remembrance on how long I’ve been live in this world…
My biggest praise goes to the Almighty Allah SWT for His blessing towards me, alhamdullilah…
Thanks to my parent, siblings, families and friends who have been there for me through thick and thin…
Thanks for being understanding and flexible in every situation that I’ve been faced before…
Life as always is not like a bed of full blooming Roses…
Indeed, there are torn which been hiding in between it…
That what we called life…
Full of surprises…
Full of obstacles…
Full of stories…
Full of dramas…
Which conclude towards unconditional silver lining behind it…
At the end of the day, to be able to accept every life condition is a crucial part…

+++++++

Lots of event took place since last August…
Been able to join Konvensyen Bidadari (KB) as a volunteer just unwind me from my routine activities…
Mingle with positive and young people just make me miss my study life to the max…
Unfortunately I can’t turn back the time like what Michael J. Fox done in Back to the Future series…
I can just remember how good it feels back then…

+++++++

Just before the KB start, I just upon received an appreciation from my employer…
Alhamdullilah for all His gift and blessing…
Consider me as a newbie in the organisation; just make me overwhelmed by the reorganisation…
Congrat’s to all the receipents…
It such a big day for us…
Like mini convocation after years I did attend it…

+++++++

Yesterday was indeed among a best day for me…
Again, the appreciation came…
Thanks to Him for giving all His blessing…
InshaAllah it will motivate me…
Indeed I was for me alone…
It comes with all the handworks and cooperation from the them who never failed to give the best out of everything…
Thanks to bosses and colleagues who never bored in lecturing/pestering/advicing & etc…
May Allah bless us all… =)

Ramadhan + Eid + Moving = All in One

I hope it’s not that late to wish everyone Eid Mubarak, Kullu Wa Antum Bil Khair…
It has been 2 months plus I didn’t scribble anything here…
As always been busy with work and various stuff…
Not even single entry for my 1434H Ramadhan was also due to that…
However, without fail since 2008, MBA Iftar is a must have event…
Alhamdullilah managed to get together with most of the close classmate…
Managed to catch up with MBA betsie was truly a gift, alhamdullilah…
Then I do attend several iftar events by my division, ministry and even Admin…
Not to forget I do spend some quality time with family and close friends…

+++++++

This Ramadhan was quite extra miles to me…
Given a chance to attend various programmes that alhamdullilah make me closer to Him…
Now I do appreciate Ramadhan more…
Indeed it’s very true that most people once they know how lucky we are to have Ramadhan, surely we will ask Allah SWT to grant us with all Ramadhan for all the months…
I may not be a qualified person to preach everybody but I do hope all of us can do something in spreading this sweet Deen…

+++++++

Starting from June till now, I shall say every month I need to be mobile…
Once after other events taken place seems to be very close…
Indeed it was a fact….
Perhaps everything takes place comes with 1001 reasons behind it…
Being able to visit the Land of Hornbill was a blessing in disgust…
Personally I’m quite reluctant to go…
Due too many reasons whom only few knows what it about…
But at the end of the day, I’m trying to look at the bright side…
With that I may cherish every moments…
Thanks to those who being there and concern on my well-being…

+++++++

Now, I’m no longer able to call myself Putrajaya residents…
Already moved from the quarters last week…
Moving = Tired, which is very true…
Bottom line is happy when we now reside in our own property, alhamdullilah my biggest praise to Him…

+++++++

Below is the news on the late Nadia Syazwani Zahari who passed away due to tragic road accident...
She’s the one who made a famous poster on Stages of Aurat…
I may not get a chance to know her personally but I do respect on her determination in doing dak’wa using photography knowledge…
May Allah grant her a place in Jannah, inshaAllah…
Al-Fatihah

+++++++

I guess that all for now…
Need to get back into reality…
Few hours to go before the Maghrib…. =)

P/s: It’s totally a chunk by chunk entry…

Prep Class + Street Photo & Street Dak’wa…

On last Sunday which falls on 26th May, together with my siblings I joined an event called Street Photo & Street Dak’wa…
The event is being organised by iMuslim…
iMuslim is actually a new NGO (but not so new I guess) that organised various events in regards with Islam…
The event took place in Masjid Negara, Kuala Lumpur…
However it doesn’t limit only in the mosque…
The participants are encouraged to outspread the area…
In matter of fact, I did cover until the part of Masjid Jamek together with my lil sister…
Since she’s familiar with all the road and alleys, it make much easier to us…
However since now we do experiencing heat wave, the obstacles become double…
Indeed, it’s such a good as being one who’s really way behind on stuff like Dak’wa…
Before the event took place, iMuslim did conduct a preparation class for newcomers just like me…
The class was held in TTDI Jaya…
Which close to my bestfriend house too…
Since the class was scheduled after Maghrib, I didn’t call my friends…
The class was taught by Bro Kamaruddin Abdullah…
He is a revert for more than 10 years if not mistaken…
He’s also a founder and director of IPIS in Penang…
As he was explaining a little bit on his background, suddenly he mentioned that he was used to work with Malaysian Airlines…
For us (me & my sisters) thinks that so much co-incidence and very much related with our father…
However, my father born Muslim… it’s just he also used to work with Malaysian Airlines specifically with MASKargo for more than 30 years…
How loyal he was…
During the class, Bro Kamaruddin emphasizes on how important for us a Muslim to make up our face with SMILE…
Since smile is one of capital in dak’wa…
He did pop up the question asking us what the capital of dak’wa, but none of us manage to anser it correctly…
Instead some of us did come up with Principles of Marketing that is 4P’s which the ultimate is PRODUCT…
It’s quite a shame since I’m myself can’t guess it right for the first time…
In the class Bro Kamaruddin told us from his experience how dak’wa can be done in various way…
The fact that working in place that I’m working now, the spirit and courage to spread Islam is much lesser that what I’ve been experienced during the class…
SubhanAllah for the good times I had while there…
Looking forward to join the iMuslim class or activities near future…
Back to the event, it started around 9 a.m.
All of us gather in front of TV Al-Hijrah stairs just beside JAWI entrance…
Had a quick and short brief on how the event flows…
We were separated into few groups…
So I just stick with my siblings with other 3 people…
There a one lady from IIC, Sakinah and a pair of brothers, Haris and Hassan… both of them just like unidentical twins since having a same height…
We start our activities around the Masjid Negara before moving further to Dataran Merdeka…
In front of Masjid Negara we had a chance to talk with a couple from US…
This is their first visit to Malaysia…
They’re nice and easy to talk with hence as usual some misperception in regards with Islam is there…
However being able to have a nice conversation makes most of us relief as this is our first time…
Besides, we do take some pictures as the theme is photography and dak’wa…
So let’s browse through the pictures that mainly taken by my lil sis, Fitrina…

At the end of the session, we do have a post-mortem in regards with the events…
All of us share the experience either it positive or negative…
Each of it brings a good knowledge for us the beginner…
Indeed dak’wa is something that a must for every Muslim…
From Abdullah Ibn Amru Ibn Al-Ash, Prophet Muhammad SAW once said,
“Convey (my teachings) to the people even if it were a single sentence”
(Sahih Bukhari, Vol.4, Hadith 667)
